Replacement & Refund Policy
Our replacement policy lasts for 10 days from the date of delivery. If 10 days have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer a replacement.
Replacement Eligibility
To be eligible for a replacement, your item must be defective. The product must be returned in the same condition that you received it, and it must be in the original packaging.
Non-returnable Items
We do not accept returns for the following:
- Products that are not defective
- Intimate or sanitary goods
- Hazardous materials or flammable liquids and gases
Replacement Process
- Replacement is available only for defective products.
- If the product is eligible for a replacement, the customer will bear the shipping cost for returning the defective product.
- The shipping cost will not be refunded for non-replaceable products.
Shipping Costs
- Shipping costs are free for products that are not replaced.
- Shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer if the product is to be replaced.
No Refund Policy
If you wish to cancel an order, it must be done within 1 days after checkout to avoid further issues.
We do not offer refunds for any products.
